A globally leading supplier of plants, equipment, and services across various industries, including hydropower, metals, pulp & paper, and industrial automation, is seeking an International Legal Counsel to support its Contracts Team on international operations. Role Overview: Handle contracts for domestic and international supply-related projects. Negotiating, reviewing and amending complex project transactions. Providing robust risk assessments on contract. Collaborating across European offices. Role involves working on large infrastructure projects and public tenders in dynamic, multi-sector teams. Your profile: Fully qualified lawyer (e.g., German second state examination or equivalent) OR holder of an LL.M. degree with strong commercial expertise in Germany. Excellent drafting, negotiation, and contract management skills. Fluent in German and English (written and spoken). Knowledge of French and other European languages is an advantage.
