Here is an exciting opportunity to join the Finance team of the Aspire Hotel GmbH, in Berlin. THE ROLE Assistant to Head of Finance will be working closely with Head of Finance to analyze Hotel financial KPIs to support senior operations management. The incumbent will be assisting with monitoring sound accounting systems and practices that ensure the smooth operations of all hotels. Key duties and responsibilities: Provide support for receivables management control. Provide support for credit card billing control. Oversee cash settlements and petty cash. Manage and oversee reversal postings in collaboration. Collaborate on the monthly review of balance sheet accounts and initiate necessary corrections. Reconcile internal clearing accounts. Prepare and process internal allocation and interest invoices. Prepare and process invoices for key money and other related charges.
