JCW are seeking a skilled and motivated Project Finance Professional to join a leading global player in the renewable energy industry. Key Responsibilities Lead the financial structuring and execution of renewable energy projects, including wind, solar, and battery storage. Develop and maintain detailed financial models to assess project feasibility, profitability, and risk. Conduct due diligence and manage relationships with lenders, investors, and other financial stakeholders. Support the negotiation and closing of financing agreements, including debt, equity, and hybrid structures. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including project development, legal, and engineering, to drive projects from concept to completion. Analyze market trends and regulatory frameworks to identify and mitigate risks. Qualifications Strong experience in project finance, preferably within the renewables or energy sector. Proficiency in financial modeling and a solid understanding of financing instruments and structures. Proven track record in managing complex transactions and coordinating with multiple stakeholders. Degree in finance, economics, business administration, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., CFA, MBA) are a plus. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
