Responsibilities: Responsible for P&L management, including planning, forecasting, and closing. Preparation of monthly reports, such as P&L per customer/brand/store, marketing costs, and fixed costs. Monitoring, analyzing, and evaluating company performance and developing action recommendations. Supporting decision-making through financial evaluations and recommendations, e.g., resource allocation. Driving planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes and regularly assessing opportunities and risks. Ensuring appropriate internal financial controls in line with company policies and audit requirements. Assisting with internal and external audits and tax audits. Managing departmental orders. Requirements: At least 5 years of experience in finance, business controlling, or commercial management accounting, preferably in the luxury goods or FMCG industry. Master's degree in finance, controlling, or accounting from a university or business school. Fluent in English and German; Spanish is a plus. High integrity, proactivity, problem-solving skills, and team spirit. Strong financial and business acumen, reliable partner, challenger, and able to work independently. Excellent analytical and communication skills. Curiosity and high energy levels. Proficient in SAP and advanced Excel skills; knowledge of Anaplan and business intelligence tools is an advantage.
