Principal Photonics Process Integration Expert - Epitaxy Process / Semiconductor Device / Wafer Fab / Optical / Photonics Bavaria, Germany I am looking for Principal Photonics Process Integration Expert with 10 + years experience in Si with epitaxy processing, preferably in Wafer Fab for optical & photonics applications This position is based just outside of Munich(~40-minute train commute) working for a Global Leading Tech company. Responsibilities: Lead process development & start ramping up of new photonics technologies Develop & qualify new or derivative Si-based processes in photonics technologies, especially integrating heterogeneous epitaxy process Define process specifications by identifying & monitoring key process parameters & correlate device to process characteristics for optical elements Requirements: Master or PhD Degree in Electrical / Physics / Chemical Engineering In-depth working knowledge of semiconductor device physics & process integration, especially deep knowledge of Photonics devices 10+ years of experience in Si with epitaxy processing, preferably in Wafer Fab for optical & photonics applications In-line Process Integration experience, using methods & tools for evaluation & data processing, e.g. wafers parametric testing, process monitoring structures & in-line readings to correlate process & device characteristics, so as to improve process stability, yield, reliability, & production cost If this sounds interesting please apply directly or send your CV to ma@eu-recruit.com.
