Silicon IP Sales Manager – Germany (Remote)

Our client, a rapidly growing and innovative Silicon IP provider, is seeking a Sales Manager or Senior Sales Manager to spearhead business development and customer growth across Germany. This is a high-impact, remote role reporting directly to the Director of Silicon IP Sales, Europe.
We’re looking for a dynamic sales professional with deep industry experience, a passion for cutting-edge technology, and the drive to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and nurture relationships with leading semiconductor and system design companies
- Promote advanced Interface IP and Hardware Security solutions to new and existing clients
- Develop and execute tailored sales strategies that align with regional market trends
- Identify high-value opportunities through detailed account mapping and strategic targeting
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, marketing, and product management
What You’ll Bring:
- Proven success in Silicon IP sales; experience with interface IP or hardware security is a strong plus
- Based in Germany – ideally near a tech hub such as Munich, Stuttgart, Frankfurt, or Düsseldorf
- Fluent in English; German language skills are a significant advantage
- A self-starter with a strong entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to work independently
- Strategic thinker with a structured, data-driven approach to sales planning and customer engagement
