Reports To: BD/FAE Senior Director


Our client is a globally recognized leader in the Power Bipolar semiconductor market, with strong market penetration in White Goods, Home Appliances, and Power Supply segments. With rapid expansion plans, they aim to compete with leading regional players and leverage the mass market as a primary growth driver.


We are seeking a results-driven BD / FAE (Business Development / Field Application Engineer) Manager to lead customer engagement and technical support across Europe. In this hybrid role, you will drive demand creation, oversee design-in activities, and act as a technical bridge between customers and internal teams.

You will play a key role in executing application-focused business strategies, delivering impactful product presentations, and supporting sales through deep technical knowledge and market insight.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute customer engagement strategies in collaboration with Sales and Marketing.
  • Support design-in activities with application expertise to secure new design-wins.
  • Deliver technical product presentations, demos, and training sessions to customers and internal teams.
  • Collect and communicate customer feedback and technical requirements to internal Marketing and R&D teams.
  • Serve as a proactive technical resource, promoting product benefits and features to customers.
  • Time allocation:
  • 50% customer technical support
  • 20% design tracking
  • 20% internal and external training
  • 10% market intelligence and updates



Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in technical support, R&D, or business development within the semiconductor industry.
  • In-depth understanding of design-in and design-win processes.
  • Strong background in power electronics, including applications in white goods, industrial systems, SMPS, UPS, and AC/DC systems.
  • Solid knowledge of power discrete devices, electrical parameters, measurements, and power supply topologies.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and teamwork skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Fluent in English.
  • Willingness to travel at least 30%.
  • Ability to provide hands-on, on-site technical support when required.
