FLYTE® are partnered with a forward-thinking company near Munich, Germany, specializing in the development of Unmanned Aerial Systems (UAS) and Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAV) for critical applications, including medical, military, logistics, evacuation, and rescue missions.


This rapidly expanding organization recently unveiled their flagship UAV, designed specifically for medical evacuation and transportation in hazardous environments. Praised for its ability to deliver fast, safe transport in conflict zones and remote areas, the UAV has been a game-changer in improving survival rates during high-risk operations.


We are seeking high-profile Airborne Electronics Engineer to develop cutting-edge airborne electronic systems that allow unmanned vehicles of several hundreds of kilograms to operate safely - even under the worst circumstances. You will collaborate closely with neighboring disciplines to cover all relevant aspects, from supporting the system architecture development, including safety assessment activities, to safety-critical embedded software development for airborne systems.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Avionics HW and electronic circuits conceptual and detailed design with respect to DO-254/DO-160, simulation, and prototyping
  • Avionic components integration, wiring harness design, and manufacturing for the airborne and ground segment
  • Interface database management
  • Component supplier management
  • Application of practical experience in aerospace engineering combined with method-Knowledge
  • Fundamentals of avionics, electrical systems, digital communication (CAN, ARINC, Serial), circuit design, DO-254, DO-160.
