Senior ServiceNow Solution Architect - International Enterprise Service Management Partner - Germany - Up to €100,000

I am working closely with an International Enterprise Service Management Partner who are on the lookout for a Senior Solution Architect to join their ServiceNow specialists where you will be focusing on ITSM, ITOM, CSM, CMBD and IT Automation.

Must haves:

• At least three years of experience as a solution architect within ServiceNow projects.
• Extensive experience with the automation of processes in the areas of incident management, change management, customer, service management, IT operations management and others.
• Experience in customer interaction, ability to be customer facing.
• Expereince in leading a project team.
• Ability to transition organizations from full outsourcing to multi-provider sourcing.
• Development of custom specific applications.
• ITIL 4 certification.
• ServiceNow certifications
• Fluent in German and English.
• Extensive experience in ITSM, CSM and CMDB.
