Remote Appointment Setter - High-Ticket Sector (Germany)

Position Overview:

FlexIPS is looking for a self-driven, motivated remote appointment setter to join our growing team. This role is perfect for someone who excels at prospecting, setting appointments, and closing deals in the high-ticket sector (contracts > 4K USD).

You will be responsible for finding your own leads and setting up appointments, with a monthly limit of 10 appointments.

Your Responsibilities:

• Independently find and qualify leads.
• Set appointments with potential clients based on those leads.
• Track appointments and bookings in a shared Google Sheet.
• Limit of 10 appointments per month.

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to find and qualify your own leads.
• Experience in appointment setting or sales is a plus.
• Highly self-motivated and results-oriented.
• Comfortable working in a commission-based environment.
