HCM Implementation Consultant (m/f/d)

Our client is a fast-growing HCM consultancy based in Germany, specializing in delivering strategic HR technology solutions that drive digital transformation. From system selection to implementation and optimization, we partner with leading organizations to help them get the most out of their HCM platforms.

To support our expanding project portfolio, we’re looking for a skilled Implementation Consultant with hands-on experience in HCM systems (e.g. SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Personio, etc.) to join our dynamic, remote-first team.

Your Responsibilities

• Lead or support the implementation of HCM systems for clients across Germany
• Analyze business needs and translate them into technical configurations
• Guide clients through process redesign, system setup, testing, training, and go-live
• Act as a trusted advisor to HR stakeholders and project teams
• Collaborate closely with internal consultants, developers, and client-side teams
• Document implementation processes and contribute to internal knowledge sharing

Your Profile

• 2+ years of experience implementing HCM systems (e.g. SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, UKG, Personio, etc.)
• Solid understanding of core HR processes (e.g. personnel administration, onboarding, performance, time & attendance)
• Strong communication and client-facing skills
• Fluent in German and English (written and spoken)
• Based in Germany, with the ability to travel occasionally if needed
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment
