Senior SAP FI/CO Consultant – Karlsruhe (Hybrid)

Are you ready to take ownership of SAP FI/CO processes to drive transformation in a dynamic and collaborative environment? We are searching for an experienced SAP FI/CO professional to join the team and lead the optimisation, development and integration of key financial and controlling systems.

Your Role:

• Take full responsibility for the use and continuous development of SAP FI/CO modules
• Lead and manage projects across finance-related sub-processes and their functional areas
• Serve as the go-to expert for process interfaces between business units and IT
• Analyse and optimise existing processes and design new ones as needed
• Develop detailed technical concepts, process documentation and functional descriptions
• Build business cases, test scenarios and quality assurance measures
• Identify and define KPIs for process control and reporting
• Work with stakeholders to gather requirements, conduct analysis and process them through to implementation
• Evaluate current SAP usage and propose practical improvements and enhancements.

Your Profile:

• Extensive hands-on experience with SAP FI, CO, and COPA
• Familiarity with SAP BW and BO, preferably based on HANA, is a strong plus
• Experience integrating FI, CO, and BW within a comprehensive SAP landscape is highly desirable
• Basic ABAP knowledge is advantageous
• Strong analytical and logical thinking skills with the ability to present complex topics clearly
• Excellent German communication skills and solid English proficiency (written and spoken)
• Confident communicator and skilled coordinator across all organisational levels
• A self-starter with a structured, results-driven approach to work
