Role Description

As a Sales Specialist at Quascenta, you will manage the full sales cycle for the software applications we offer - identify leads, build customer relationships, and promote the products through various engagement methods. We also expect you to participate in conferences or seminars to promote our products and develop client relationships. Following are the expectations:

  • Achieve sales targets for PQMS applications, ensuring quarterly and annual revenue goals are met.
  • Identify and develop business opportunities by engaging with quality, validation and engineering teams
  • Present solutions to C-level executives and senior management, demonstrating the value we offer.
  • Plan and prioritize activities such as customer visits, solution demos, RFP responses, proposal presentations, and contract negotiations.
  • Ensure high forecast accuracy (within 10% of reported sales) using hubspot.
  • Engage with customers to understand their challenges and position PQMS.
  • Oversee customer onboarding and ensure timely subscription renewals.
  • Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking activities to promote PQMS suite.


This is an individual contributor role. You will be solely responsible for all sales activities in Germany


What We Prefer

• Proven experience in validation/QA role in pharmaceutical manufacturing OR Worked for companies supplying equipment/instruments to pharma

• Excellent interpersonal skills for building relationships, networking, and understanding user requirements

• Strong phone presence and confidence in cold-calling and client engagement

• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills to address customer questions and concerns


Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Quarterly sales forecast accuracy
  • Number of customer visits and solution demonstrations
  • Value of sales opportunities created quarterly
  • Customer success and retention metrics


Salary:

This is a contract position (Quascenta is a Singapore based company). We are ready to offer you gross salary + amount to cover social security and insurance contributions.
