Solutions Engineer - RES & CNI BESS - DACH Region - Germany, Remote

Job Responsibilities:

  • Finalize project technical docking, prepare schemes, conduct technical and economic comparisons, manage bidding, facilitate technical discussions, and provide support for FAT, among other tasks.
  • Address internal and external coordination and related demand issues throughout the project promotion process;
  • Engage in technical marketing activities, including responding to customer demands, facilitating technical alignment, and guiding customer requirements.
  • Cultivate and sustain technical relationships with customers, influence key technical decision-makers, and manage their support tendencies;
  • Gather and share feedback on typical application cases, while assisting with case packaging and promotional planning.
  • Advocate for product solutions with clients and support marketing initiatives, including exhibitions and forums;
  • Gather information on product performance, provide feedback, suggest improvements for product functionality and optimization, and contribute to product planning.
  • Gather information on competitors' product technology solutions, pricing, and plans for technology marketing activities and their implementation;
  • Engage in self-development for the role, including internal experience sharing and sales training.


Job requirements:

  • Bachelor degree or above in electrical engineering, power electronics, power system, automation or related science and engineering majors;
  • More than three years of pre-sales / Solutions Manager experience or more than one year of relevant pre-sales experience in the new energy industry;
  • Familiar with product solutions and business processes;
  • Proficient in English communication and English document writing (for overseas and foreign-related positions);
  • Have strong communication and coordination skills, strong sense of teamwork and customer service;
  • Have basic knowledge of photovoltaic storage systems and the ability to design solutions for product applications;
  • Master the job skills of technical support for industrial products.
