As a Sales Manager, you will be the driving force behind the company's growth in the region. You will work closely with leading research institutions and laboratories, delivering technical expertise and customised solutions that transform their operations.


Key Responsibilities


  • Achieve annual sales targets through a solution-driven sales approach, focusing on high-value laboratory automation systems.
  • Develop a strategic sales plan for your region, ensuring alignment with broader business goals and market trends.
  • Identify new business opportunities and build a robust sales pipeline while nurturing strong relationships with existing clients.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, in-depth consultations, and tailored presentations, highlighting the ROI and technical value of automation systems.
  • Represent the company at key industry events, trade shows, and conferences to increase visibility and generate leads.
  • Keep accurate records in the CRM system, ensuring transparency across all accounts and activities.
  • Produce regular sales reports and market insights for senior leadership, contributing to strategic planning and forecasting.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including product management, service, and applications to ensure seamless customer support and project execution.


About You


  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemistry, Engineering, or a related scientific discipline, ideally with a focus on Analytical or Instrumental Analysis.
  • Demonstrated success in technical sales of laboratory automation systems or analytical instrumentation, ideally within R&D or scientific environments.
  • Excellent ability to translate complex technical features into clear customer value propositions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build credibility and trust with laboratory managers, scientists, and procurement teams.
  • Self-motivated with the autonomy to manage your own regional territory, balancing customer engagement and sales priorities.
  • Willing to travel across Germany for client meetings, events, and product demonstrations.
  • Fluent in both German and English.
  • A valid driving license.
