Sales Manager – Germany EV Charging

Industry – EV Charging

Location – Remote and based in Germany

Salary – CIRCA €8,000 per month + excellent Variable Package + Car Allowance + Health/Pension + Benefits


Our Client is at the forefront of innovative EV charging infrastructure solutions. We're

seeking an experienced Sales Manager to drive our growth across the Nordics, with potential expansion to additional territories.


Overview


We are looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to develop and execute sales strategies, build

strong customer relationships, and expand our market presence in the region. The ideal

candidate will have deep industry knowledge and a proven track record in EV charging

infrastructure sales.


Key Responsibilities:


● Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve regional revenue targets.

● Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including CPOs, gas

companies, and fleet operators.

● Identify new business opportunities and market trends.

● Represent the Company at industry events and trade shows.

● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful projects delivery.

● Provide regular market intelligence and competitor analysis.

● Manage and report on sales pipeline and forecasts.


Required Qualifications:


● 3-5+ years of proven sales experience in one or more of the following areas:

○ EV charging infrastructure.

○ Direct sales to CPOs (Charge Point Operators).

○ Sales to gas companies and fleet operators.

● Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/Economics/Engineering, or related

field.

● Extensive knowledge of EV charging technology, particularly fast chargers.

● Strong understanding of the Nordic markets.

● Hunter, and new business development

● Willingness to travel 40% of the time.

● Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.

● Native English proficiency.

● Demonstrated track record of closing large B2B deals, with proven annual sales

volume of €1.0M-2M.

● Experience in infrastructure project sales cycles - An advantage.
