We are looking for an IT Support technician to join one of Frankfurt's largest data centers

Tasks include 1st line support, hardware set up, network monitoring, documentation and coordination with external providers.

Responsibilities

• 24/7 shift work
• Racking, stacking & cabling
• 1st & 2nd level support
• Hardware and software troubleshooting
• Network monitoring

Required Skills & Experience

• Completed vocational training (IT specialist, IT system electronics technician or similar – fachinformatiker für systemintegration / ausbildung)
• 1 year professional experience in IT
• Familiarity with Microsoft
• German and English fluent
• Experience/willingness to work 24/7 shifts
