Business Process Manager GBS (M/F/D)
Tasks:
- Project objective: Design and implement applications and tools across all phases of the application lifecycle
- Conceptual design and implementation of new processes as well as further development of existing process designs, interfaces and responsibilities in the area of finance and accounting processes
- Stand-alone management of sub-projects and know-how transfer in the entire project
- Perform process analyses, design processes and process optimization, perform process documentation
- Stand-alone management of the SAP FI module in the finance department and interface with IT
- Design and development dashboards in Qlik Sense / Power BI, create specifications and requirements catalogues
- Stand-alone management of new introductions as well as continuous optimization, digitalization and automation (e.g. RPA) of systems (e.g. RPA) of systems, processes, reports and analysis tools for the finance area
- Conduct trainings at the end of the project and create training documentation (stand-alone)
- At the end of the project: Participation in the transition to S4Hana in the FI/CO area
Qualification:
- Successfully completed studies in economics (economics, business administration) or business informatics or a comparable degree with additional qualifications in the SAP environment or web-based applications preferable
- Several years of professional experience in relevant positions in business process or business application management, ideally with experience as a management consultant, IT consultant or process consultant
- Excellent ability to act as translator between the systems, to communicate and prepare complex processes and topics in the project environment in an understandable manner
- Very strong specialist and process knowledge in the areas of finance and controlling
- Knowledge of the SAP modules PP, WM, MM and SD, with a focus on integration with SAP FI/CO
- Excellent experience in the design and implementation of SAP projects and relevant sidecars
- A very high level of initiative, creativity, and willingness to innovate Experience in process modeling (MS Visio, ARIS, etc.)
- Experience in digitalizing and automating processes with RPA
- Very good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, OneNote)
- Fluent written and spoken English skills; additional German skills preferred
