Your Role

As part of our Cloud and M365 team, you will:

• Solve technical challenges in cloud services and infrastructure
• Manage and optimize Microsoft 365 environments, including Teams, OneDrive, and AzureAD
• Set up and configure IONOS cloud data centers and network infrastructure to meet client needs
• Ensure reliable cloud backups, manage storage systems, and establish VPN connections
• Advise clients on licensing, billing models, cloud migration strategies, and the implementation of M365 and IONOS environments

What You Bring

• Solid IT expertise from vocational training or a degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or similar fields
• Practical experience with Microsoft 365, cloud platforms, server-client infrastructures, and access management
• Knowledge of backup strategies and maintenance practices, with strong organizational skills
• Experience in designing, expanding, and supporting corporate networks
• A customer-oriented mindset, strong communication skills, and a solution-focused approach
• A valid driver’s license (minimum class B/3)
