Position Overview:
Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Sales Manager in Germany. This fully remote position offers the exciting opportunity to grow into a Branch Manager role. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in the region.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the air and ocean freight market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.
- Travel within the region to meet with customers and attend industry events.
- Mentor and lead junior sales team members, preparing for future leadership roles.
