Our Client:


As the sole supplier of temperature controllers designed and produced by a leading European company, our client are leaders in providing industrial process cooling and refrigeration solutions to its customers. The company focuses on delivering energy-efficient, sustainable, and environmentally friendly systems tailored to various industrial applications. It aims to reduce operating costs for cooling and chilled water generation, to maximise savings for its customers and reduce cycle times.


Role Overview:


The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales within plastics processing environments, such as injection moulding, extrusion, or blow moulding. You will play a pivotal role in expanding the customer base and driving revenue growth.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the plastic moulding manufacturing sector.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend temperature control systems that enhance operational efficiency and product quality.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through closing and post-sale support.
  • Collaborate with the supplier’s technical teams to provide tailored solutions and support for customer applications.
  • Conduct market analysis and competitor research to produce strategic sales planning.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, industry events and customer visits.


Requirements:


  • Proven track record in B2B sales.
  • In-depth understanding of the moulding industry having proven sales experience within the plastics industry, particularly in the areas of on injection moulding machinery, mould tooling, hot runner systems, and temperature control equipment.
  • Strong technical aptitude, with the ability to understand and explain complex systems.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
  • Willingness to travel extensively.
