You know the world of functional ingredients? Maybe you've already worked with hydrocolloids, amino acids, probiotics, or similar additives - or advised clients on their applications? Your Responsibilities
- Develop and manage key accounts in the D-A-CH region, especially in the beverage, food, and (additionally) health & cosmetics industries.
- Actively grow your network, acquire new clients, and co-develop plant-based ingredient applications tailored to their needs.
- Sell a technically sophisticated product with a focus on **quality, sustainability, and innovation**.
- Collaborate closely with R&D and product management to deliver high-value, consultative support.
- Report directly to the CEO - short lines of communication and plenty of room to shape things.
What You Bring
- Initial experience in B2B sales - ideally in ingredients, additives, or functional raw materials.
- Industry contacts? Great! If not, you're confident in targeted acquisition and opening new doors.
- Technical understanding and the ability to communicate product benefits clearly and convincingly.
- A structured, independent working style - you take ownership and follow through.
- Excellent German and English skills (spoken and written) - other languages always welcome.
- You live in Germany, ideally within easy reach of an international airport (e.g. FRA, DUS, MUC).
