For our Luxury Fragrance Grouping with the brands Tom Ford Beauty, Balmain Paris, Jo Malone London, Editions de Parfums Frederic Malle, Le Labo and Kilian Paris we are looking for a Brand Director (m/f/d) DACH, who will be responsible for the continuous development and optimization of the brands for the DACH Region.

Your responsibilities:

Defines, drives and executes the brand strategy for the DACH Affiliate, adapting from the EMEA / Global strategy
Is accountable for reaching the key brand rankings and market share objectives
Develops marketing and sales strategies to maximize sell-through according to market demand
Defines the Brand Go-to-Market strategy across all channels
Is accountable for the brand consensus demand plan (12 rolling month plan) and is accountable for complete and accurate sales drivers
Monitors for appropriate implementation of brand identity tools
Ensures operational effectiveness and strong collaboration with partners
Leads collaboration between brand team, commercial team and digital commerce and marketing team to deliver the brand strategy with focusing on excellence in execution
Foster strong relationships both with retailers and internally, particularly with the Education department and extended teams, to ensure smooth operations, support future brand growth, and implement an ideal consumer journey locally.
Ensure supporting Commercial Department in sell in and sell out as well as build strong relationships with local retailers
Drives talent growth and development, providing leadership, guidance and management
Motivate the team to deliver best-in-class business results.
Qualifications
Over 8 years of professional experience in marketing in a global company, preferably in the luxury, cosmetics or FMCG industry
At least 5 years of management experience with a focus on managing, coaching and developing employees
Successfully completed business studies with a focus on marketing, economics or similar
Experience in all areas of brand management (trade, product, consumer marketing and merchandising), ideally in retail / counter management
Experience of working in a complex, internationally operating company
Very good understanding of the industry and a good network of distributors, retailers, advertising agencies and other business partners.
Experience in digital, social and traditional media
Very good German and English language skills
