Are you a driven sales professional with a passion for cloud technology and a track record of winning new business? This is a unique opportunity to be the first boots on the ground in Munich, spearheading growth and establishing a presence in the region and driving opportunity for a leading AWS partner.


About the Role:

We are seeking a New Business Salesperson to drive expansion by generating new logos and securing strategic partnerships. You will be selling consultative cloud solutions, working closely with AWS, and helping businesses optimize their cloud strategy.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Hunt for new business – Identify, engage, and win new customers in the Munich market.
  • Sell consultatively – Understand client challenges and position tailored cloud solutions.
  • Develop strong relationships – Work closely with AWS and other key partners.
  • Own the sales cycle – From prospecting and pitching to closing deals and onboarding clients.
  • Build market presence – Lay the foundation for long-term growth in the region.


What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven new business sales experience, ideally in the cloud, IT services, or technology consulting space.
  • A track record of winning new logos and exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience selling AWS or cloud-related solutions in a consultative manner.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset – comfortable being the first sales hire in a new region.
  • Strong communication skills in both German and English.
