Our client is a clinical-stage biotech company at the forefront of targeted oncology therapies, combining precision medicine with radiopharmaceutical innovation. With a strong European footprint and a growing global presence, the company is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Clinical Development Lead (title negotiable) to oversee global oncology programs, focusing on late-phase clinical trials in both hematological and solid tumors. This is a high-impact leadership role with strategic and operational responsibilities across clinical development, regulatory engagement, and cross-functional program execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead clinical development strategies for radiopharmaceutical therapies in hematologic and solid tumor indications
• Serve as the medical expert for ongoing and planned trials, including protocol design, data review, and interpretation
• Independently lead Phase II–III studies, ensuring strong scientific and regulatory alignment
• Actively participate in regulatory procedures and submission activities
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to shape development strategy
• Drive cross-functional alignment with Regulatory, Safety, Biostatistics, and Clinical Operations teams

Required Experience

• Medical Degree (MD or equivalent)
• Significant hands-on experience in clinical development within hematology-oncology and solid tumors
• Demonstrated leadership in Phase II–III clinical trials, including protocol development and strategic trial design
• Strong exposure to regulatory agency interactions and dossier preparation (US and EU)
