We are looking for a visionary Head of Business Development, Europe to lead our growth strategy across the continent and strengthen our long-term partnerships.

? What You’ll Do

• Drive strategic growth by identifying new market opportunities across Europe
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the key liaison
• Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver precision-engineered aluminium solutions
• Lead negotiations, prepare detailed business plans and support key marketing initiatives
• Represent Yeşilova at major industry events and customer engagements

? What We’re Looking For

• 15+ years of experience in aluminium extrusion including automotive (OEM & Tier1)
• Technical education background (engineering/material science/business)
• Fluent in English and German
• A self-starter with a “hunter” mindset and a proven track record in new market expansion
• Strong communicator with excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills
